Abstract
This document is applicable to graphical symbols which are used for damage control. It is applicable to the representation of equipment for fire fighting, fire protection and recovery in the technical documentation for scheme-drawings and plans such as the "damage control board for outfit and furnishings", general sketches and similar abstract descriptions for watercraft of Deutsche Marine (German Navy); see also BV, Heft 1830-1.
