DIN Standards Committee Personal Protective Equipment

Overview

This standard specifies the functional, safety requirements and test methods for high jump facilities. This standard applies for three classes. This standard does not specify structural requirements. It does not apply to run-up surfaces. This standard does not apply to construction covers of high jump mats. For the specific requirements of international official competitions see the relevant guidelines of the International Association of Athletics Federations IAAF. The committee responsible for this standard is Committee NA 112-01-01 AA "Leichtathletikgeräte" ("Athletic equipment") at DIN.
