Non-destructive testing - Image quality of radiographs - Part 5: Determination of the image unsharpness value using duplex wire-type image quality indicators (ISO 19232-5:2013); German version EN ISO 19232-5:2013

Title (German)

Zerstörungsfreie Prüfung - Bildgüte von Durchstrahlungsaufnahmen - Teil 5: Bestimmung der Bildunschärfezahl mit Doppeldraht-Typ-Bildgüteprüfkörpern (ISO 19232-5:2013); Deutsche Fassung EN ISO 19232-5:2013

Overview

This part of ISO 19232 specifies a method of determining the total image unsharpness of radiographs and real-time radioscopic systems. This document (EN ISO 19232-5:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 138 "Non-destructive testing", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR (France) in collaboration with Technical Committee ISO/TC 135 "Non-destructive testing". The responsible German body involved is Working Committee NA 062-08-22 AA "Durchstrahlungsprüfung und Strahlenschutz" ("Radiation methods and radiation protection") of the Materials Testing Standards Committee (NMP) at DIN. DIN EN ISO 19232, "Non-destructive testing - Image quality of radiographs" consists of: - Part 1: Determination of the image quality value using wire-type image quality indicators - Part 2: Determination of the image quality value using step/hole-type image quality indicators - Part 3: Image quality classes - Part 4: Experimental evaluation of image quality values and image quality tables - Part 5: Determination of the image unsharpness value using duplex wire-type image quality indicators
