Overview
This European Standard specifies a system for dividing fireworks into categories and types. It is applicable to fireworks of categories 1, 2 and 3. This document (EN 15947-2:2010) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 212 "Pyrotechnic articles", the secretariat of which is held by NEN (Netherlands). The responsible German Committee is NA 062-08-81 AA "Pyrotechnische Gegenstände" ("Pyrotechnic articles") of the Materials Testing Standards Committee (NMP).
