Standardization of the requirements, test methods and inspection, properties, corrosion behaviour and resistance of metallic coatings produced by hot-dipping (including thermal diffusion) of non-ferrous metals and/or alloys on iron and/or steel products. Standardization of the requirements for the design, construction and manufacture of iron and/or steel products for the application of metallic coatings produced by hot-dipping (including thermal diffusion processes) of non-ferrous metals and/or alloys. The working committee mirrors the work of ISO/TC 107/SC 4 and the corresponding projects in CEN/TC 262.
