Overview
This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 051-01-03 AA "Dienstleistungen (Spiegelgremium für CEN/TC 183/WG 1/PWG 8)" ("Services (mirror committee to CEN/TC 183/WG 1/PWG 8)" at DIN Standards Committee Municipal Services (NKT). It specifies the requirements for the operation and personnel necessary to ensure reliability, increase quality and traceability of the services (see DIN SPEC 1108-3 to DIN SPEC 1108-6).
Requirements are formulated for the company organization, the personnel equipment, the operating logbook, the insurance coverage, the services, the company owner, the responsible persons and other persons. The standard differs from DIN SPEC 1108-2:2009-10 as follows:
a) the title of the DIN SPEC has been changed;
b) the reference in the text to Part 6 concerning sewer services has been removed;
c) the requirements for personal protective equipment have been included.
