NKT Working Committee NA 051-01-03 AA is entrusted with the task of creating a system by which to measure the quality of waste management and municipal cleaning services, i.e. to develop criteria for the performance assessment of municipal cleaning, waste collection and waste transport with the aim of preparing standards that result in uniform and comparable services and documentation of these services. NA 051-01-03 AA will specify definitions relating to services and minimum requirements, quality parameters and their measurement and assessment, and measures to fulfil the specified service requirements.
