Electronic Public Procurement - Architecture - Part 5: Semantic architecture
Abstract
This document introduces the overall semantic architecture model needed to describe objects and collaborations commonly used in the fields of Electronic Public Procurement, Ordering and Fullfillment.Since each of the above named process domains have their own domain specific terminology, some of these terms will always be used in the same manner and with the same meaning. The aim of this document is to provide a collective summary of these commonly aggreed Business Terms. If some of these business terms can be grouped together, they will result in a collecting business group with common business group description.Another aim of this document is to provide the semantic mapping to the European Procurement Ontology (ePO).
