The NA 041-02-21 AA "Cleanroom technology (CEN/TC 243 and ISO/TC 209)" is actively involved in the development of international standards within the ISO/TC 209 "Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments", which are then converted into European and German standards. These define the interests of cleanrooms and controlled adjacent areas across all industries. They include the classification, measurement and prevention of particulate and chemical impurities in micro-and nano-scale and micro-organisms in the air and on surfaces.
