DIN Standards Committee Timber and Furniture

Overview

This European Standard specifies requirements for solid wood panels for use in dry, humid and exterior conditions. With respect to DIN EN 13353:2009-02, Amendment A1 has been incorporated. The scope is limited to panels with a maximum thickness of 80 mm. For the testing of adhesives for suitability for solid wood panels in structural applications, reference is made to EN 15416-3:2007 for determination of delamination, which provides a test with a thin bondline having a thickness of 0,1 mm.
