Overview
This standard applies to buried pipes and fittings made of high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) that serve as cable ducting without being subject to installation-related tensile stress (for example, flush drilling). It is also applicable for installation in bridge structures. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 054-05-07 AA "Schutzrohrsysteme" ("Piping systems for ducting") at DIN Standards Committee Plastics (FNK).
