This standard applies together with VG 95095-2 to testing of firing circuits for electrically initiated electro-explosive devices in the range of the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) and shall be used for development and production of military materiel/equipment. The committee responsible for the standards of the series VG 95095 is NA 140-00-20-06 UA "Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV); EMV von Zündern" ("Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC); electromagnetic compatibility of electro-explosive devices (EED)") at DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE).
