Abstract
This supplement contains explanatory notes concerning the specifications of VG 96903-50 to VG 96903-80. It lists the requirements on which these specifications are based and which are applicable to the standards. The limits of validity are shown. In addition to that, it specifies the cases in which a detailed impact analysis has to be performed and the cases in which an analysis is not required.
