Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Electromagnetic compatibility of and in systems - Part 10: Test procedure for conducted emissions (current); Text in German and English
Abstract
This document is applicable to systems to be newly developed, to be newly procured or to be contributed. It is also applicable to the modernisation of systems already introduced. The test procedure according to this document is intended for measuring disturbing currents on lines and cables of systems. In doing so the wiring will not be accessed. This means that in case of shielded cables testing is carried out generally above the shield. The test results are used – as a basis for the determination of immunity margins to conducted, system-generated disturbing quantities as specified in the project specification to be used or otherwise, agreed with the customer, – to demonstrate compliance with the test limits specified in the applicable project specification or otherwise, agreed with the customer. For example, basis for assessment can be the limits according to VG 95373-20.
