DIN Standards Committee Water Practice

Overview

This standard applies in the field of final disposal of nuclear fuels to be discarded for the operational phase and post operational phase of a final disposal site and shall be used for all nuclear fuels to be discarded of any composition, packaging and configuration which are stored in the final disposal site.
This standard shall also be used for the processes necessary during the operational phase for the handling or checking of the containers or bundles containing the nuclear fuels to be discarded.
