Abstract
This standard applies to structures in, at, over and under surface water bodies (as defined by WHG). The effects on surface water bodies are to be considered for the impact areas of the structure in accordance with this standard. NOTE This document has been developed for planning, construction, operation and maintenance, as far as possible basic statements can also be used for dismantling. Water scoops according to DIN 1184, River bottom structures according to E DIN 19664, dam plants according to DIN 19700 and flood protection works according to DIN 19712 are not covered by this standard.
