Establishment of a guidance which will give pieces of advice to manufacturers of food packaging (and means of packaging) with regard to the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). The guidance refers to the food safety as defined by the GMP commission regulation 2023/2006/EC. Food packaging has to be seen in the context with food contact materials - also indirect contact materials have to be taken into account
