Overview

This standard specifies the external dimensions and tolerances of the spoke nipples of bicycles. It also specifies the designation. It applies to round or flat head spoke nipples. The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 112-06-01 AA "Fahrräder für allgemeine und sportliche Benutzung" ("Cycles for common and athletic use") at DIN Standards Committee Sports Equipment (NASport).
