Equestrian sports facilities – Part 1: Design, functional and safety requirements for construction
Abstract
This document specifies functional and safety requirements for equestrian sports facilities. This relates to the construction, extension and modification of equestrian sports facilities. This document is intended for persons involved in the construction, extension and modification of equestrian sports facilities. If functional and safety-related modifications are made, the relevant part of the document must be applied in addition to the general requirements. Annex A contains typical application examples to help the user understand whether and which parts of the document are applicable. This document is not applicable to temporary equestrian facilities, e.g. for trade fairs, competitions, etc.
