Abstract
This Document applies to the electric drive components of electromotrically supported bicycles as well as transportation and cargo bicycles (see DIN 79010), with the assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h or 45 km/h. This Document describes test methods for the environmental assessment of electrical drive components and their combinations. This Document does not specify any safety requirements.
