This document specifies general safety requirements and test methods related to materials, safety, performance for classified floating leisure articles for use on and in water. This document was prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 83, Sports and other recreational facilities and equipment, in collaboration with the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) Technical Committee CEN/TC 136, Sports, playground and other recreational facilities and equipment, in accordance with the Agreement on technical cooperation between ISO and CEN (Vienna Agreement).
