Gymnastic equipment, mats and playing field equipment
The committee NA 112-01-02 AA "Gymnastic equipment, mats and playing field equipment" of the Sports Equipment Standards Committee is responsible for the standardisation in the field of "gym-, gymnastic-, field- and freely accessible multi sport equipment" for the activity in competition, training and leisure activities. Important aspects for the standardisation of "Gymnastic equipment, mats and playing field equipment" are e. g. safety related requirements, test methods, marking, merchantability and maintenance. If necessary, requirements for specific types of mats are defined in other specific working committees (national and international) of the Sports Equipment Standards Committee (NASport) requirements.
