Abstract

This document specifies chemical requirements and reference test methods for child care articles within the scope of CEN/TC 252. Excluded from the scope are soothers (EN 1400), soother holders (EN 12586), drinking equipment, (EN 14350) and cutlery and feeding utensils (EN 14372). NOTE A non-exhaustive list of standards for child care articles covered by TC 252 is given in Annex A.
