Welding of aluminium and other light metals (DVS AG W 6)
The committee NA 092-00-19 AA "Welding of aluminium and other light metals (DVS AG W 6)" develops in cooperation with German Association for welding and allied processes e. V. (DVS) standards, guidelines and technical bulletins, which defines welding recommendations for metallic materials as well as requirements for the examination of welders and welding processes. In the sector of quality management standards, guidelines and technical bulletins for the validation of welding joints and allied processes are developed. Furthermore, the committee deals with environmental aspects of aluminium products.
