The committee NA 092-00-21 AA "Laser beam welding and allied processes (DVS AG V 9.2)" elaborates in cooperation with the DVS - Deutscher Verband für Schweissen und verwandte Verfahren e. V. (German welding association) standards and DVS-guidelines, which define terms for procedures and equipment as well as recommendations for laser beam welding of metallic materials. Furthermore acceptance tests of laser beam welding machines are elaborated.
