The working committee acts as the German mirror committee of CEN/TC 269/WG 2. It accompanies the development of the standards of the EN 12953 series (shell boilers) and develops and summarizes the relevant German positions. If necessary, the committee also deals with inquiries concerning other national or international standards related to shell boilers and nominates the German experts to participate in WG 2.
