Overview
DIN ISO 10100:2013 is the translation of International Standard ISO 10100:2001 in conjunction with Amendment 1:2012. DIN ISO 10100 specifies acceptance and function tests for hydraulic fluid power cylinders. These are leakage tests at low pressure and test pressure as well as a piston seal leakage test. At low pressure no vibrations or crawling shall occur. When the piston has reached the maximum extension at end stroke, measure the overall stroke. With Amendment ISO 10100 Amd 1, ISO 15380, Lubricants, industrial oils and related products (class L) - Family H (Hydraulic systems) - Specifications for categories HETG, HEPG, HEES and HEPR have been supplemented for the test fluids. As a result, a hydraulic oil (or other liquid on which the cylinder manufacturer and user have agreed) that conforms to ISO 6743-4, ISO 7745 or ISO 15380 and is compatible with sealing materials used in the cylinder under test shall be the test medium.
