Abstract
This standard applies to hand-held devices, The tool of which processes a food product within a container. Foods such as vegetables are processed to soups, purees, sauces, mayonnaise etc. by crushing, mixing, mashing, emulsifing etc. Teh machines are used in large kitchens and in small-scale food industry. The standard does not cover domestic machines.
