Abstract

This standard applies to the design and manufacture of fixed deck oven loaders used in the food industry, bakeries, pastry-making, etc. to place dough pieces on each deck oven and to remove the loaces after baking. Fixed deck oven loaders are considered as lifting equipment in the sense of 89/392/EEC Directive.
