Overview
This standard specifies a method for the determination of saccharase activity (α-glucosidase) in honey. Compared to DIN 10759-1:1998-08, the reference to the withdrawn standard DIN 10759-2 has been removed, Clause 2 has been adapted and Clause 7, Sampling, has been adapted with reference to a suitable sampling method according to DIN 10742.
