This standard specifies a method for the determination of the mass loss of unground tea heated in air to 103 °C. This standard has been developed by Working Committee NA 057-05-11 AA "Tee" ("Tea") at DIN Standards Committee Food and Agricultural Products (NAL) and tested in an extensive round robin test.
