Sampling equipments on milk collecting tankers - Part 3: Minimum requirements for inspection authorities who carry out verifications or type verifications

Title (German)

Probenahmeanlagen in Milchsammelwagen - Teil 3: Mindestanforderungen an Prüfstellen, die Haupt- bzw. Typprüfungen durchführen

Overview

This document specifies the general requirements for inspection authorities who carry out verifications and type verifications of sampling equipment according to DIN 11868-1 and DIN 11868-2, respectively. These tests are based on the basic requirements of DIN EN 45011 and MilchGüV (§ 2(9)) and are intended to ensure the use of suitable and functional equipment when drawing samples for milk quality testing. Through implementing ordinances, administrative regulations or decrees of the federal states, inspection authorities can be recognized for these tests, insofar as this recognition does not already take place as part of the mandatory approval of the testing laboratories for milk quality testing. If these inspection authorities are accredited as certification bodies within the meaning of EN 45011 or as inspection bodies within the meaning of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020, the components of this guideline can also be used in the preparation of the quality manual of the certification or inspection body. The committee responsible for this document is NA 057-05-13 AA "Milch und Milcherzeugnisse - Probenahme- und Untersuchungsverfahren" ("Milk and milk products - Methods of sampling and analysis"), Working Group "DIN 11868 - Probenahmeanlagen in Milchsammelwagen" ("Sampling equipment on milk collecting tankers" at DIN.
