Microbiological analysis of milk - Enumeration of yeasts and moulds - Reference method; Amendment 1

Abstract

This document specifies a reference method for the determination of yeast and mold counts using a solid culture medium with the cast plate method. The method is applicable to milk and milk products, and milk-based infant and young child foods. Amendment 1 includes the update of the control strain for checking productivity.
