Walking aids
The working committee is responsible for the standardization of walking aids and accessories, such as:
- Assistive products for walking, manipulated by both arms (walking sticks, forearm crutches and walking sticks with three or more legs, etc.);
- Assistive products for walking, manipulated by both arms (walking frames, walking tables, walking trainers and rollators with and without wheelchair function);
- Tips for assistive products for walking.
The standardization work on manually or electrically operated wheelchairs and scooters is carried out by NA 176-06-06 AA "Wheelchairs".
