To complete and to improve some technical prescriptions for instance in relation to: - definitions: specifications of the meaning of nominal diameter and nominal pressure; - construction requirements: mechanical joints, threated joints, etc...; - performance requirements: leak-tightness and pressure values; - test methods: resistance to low temperature, leak-tightness, in relation to MOP, suitability of the devices shown in figure A.1 for the scope of the test, etc...; marking: completion including the reference to EN 331, the word "gas" and others. To verify the consequences deriving from CPD (M/131) and PED and, if appropriate, to align the content of EN 331 to the necessity of the two Directives.
