Optics and photonics - Environmental test methods - Part 2: Cold, heat and humidity - AMENDMENT 1 (ISO 9022-2:2015/Amd 1: 2023); Text in German and English
Abstract
The standard specifies methods for the testing of optical instruments and instruments containing optical components, under equivalent conditions, for their ability to resist temperature and relative humidity. The purpose of the testing is to investigate to what extent optical, climatic, mechanical, chemical, and electrical (including electrostatic) performance characteristics of the specimen are affected by temperature and/or humidity. Amendment 1 defines adapted degrees of severity for conditioning method 10: Cold, 11: Dry heat and 12: Damp heat.
