Abstract
This document defines process steps for inquiring about the sustainability preferences of investors with regard to their financial investments. This document provides guidelines for financial advisors' discussions with investors and helps them to focus on the analysis process. The steps outlined in this process ensure that sustainability preferences can be elicited effectively and efficiently. It uses a catchy conversational logic and as little technical language as possible.
