Abstract
This document specifies the requirements and services of a conference package. It provides principles that simplify and standardise the quotation process for providers and customers alike. This document is applicable to conference venues regardless of the number of persons. Note: The use of the term ‘conference package’ does not constitute a ‘package travel” within the meaning of the European Package Travel Directive.
