NA 159-05-02 AA "Cosmetic services" is responsible for standardization work in the field of cosmetic service provision. It mirrors the work of the European body CEN/TC 409 "Project Committee - Beauty Salon Services". In 2017, it was decided to split the contents of the previous EN 16708 "Beauty Salon Services - Requirements and recommendations for the provision of service" into the two following documents: - DIN EN 17226 "Beauty Salon Services - Requirements and recommendations for the provision of service". - DIN CEN/TS 17227 "Services in beauty salons - Advanced cosmetic services for use with EN 17226".
