Overview
Common rules for the design of timber structures for buildings and civil engineering works constructed of timber and/or timber materials, either alone or in connection with concrete, steel or other materials. Detailed rules for the design of buildings. Modifications have been carried out in Clauses 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and Annex A and Annex B. The committee responsible for this standard is Working Committee NA 005-04-01 AA "Holzbau (SpA zu CEN/TC 124, CEN/TC 250/SC 5, ISO/TC 165)" ("Timber structures (national mirror committee for CEN/TC 250/SC 5, ISO/TC 165)") at DIN.
