Title (German)

Nachhaltigkeit von Bauwerken - Umweltproduktdeklarationen - Grundregeln für die Produktkategorie Bauprodukte; Deutsche Fassung EN 15804:2012+A1:2013

Overview

This European Standard provides core product category rules (PCR) for Type III environmental declarations for any construction product and construction service. This standard is applicable for construction products, processes and services. The product category rules lay down the specifications for all construction products for the planned target group (trade or consumer) in accordance with ISO 21930 and ISO 14025. The standard supports the application of environmental product declarations for the assessment of environmental properties and of health and comfort aspects of buildings. The incorporated amendment corrects references in the standard and supplements a normative Annex C providing the basic data for characterisation factors for GWP, ODP, AP, EP, POCP and ADP. The European Standard has been prepared by experts of CEN/TC 350 "Products Level". The committee responsible for this standard is NA 005-01-31 AA "Nachhaltiges Bauen (SpA zu ISO/TC 59/SC 17 und CEN/TC 350)" ("Sustainability in building construction (Mirror Committee of ISO/TC 59/SC 17 and CEN/TC 350))" at DIN.
