Abstract

This document provides general rules for the design and verification of geotechnical structures. FprEN 1997-1 establish additional principles and requirements to those given in EN 1990 for the safety, serviceability, robustness, and durability of geotechnical structures. This document is applicable for the design and verification of geotechnical structures outside the scope of FprEN 1997-3:2022.
