Overview
In ITS stations, information is transmitted in a standardized manner via the so-called facility layer. This layer recognizes messages of specific message sets (for example, DATEX II, TPEG, C-ITS, etcetera) with data according to data object specifications from data collections and is able to forward them to the corresponding application. This Technical Specification describes the necessary Communication Profile Handler (CPH), the Facilities Service Handler (FSH) and a Content Subscription Handler (CSH).
