The COG coordinates standardization activities among the relevant technical bodies of CEN and CENELEC (as indicated under Clause 6 ‘Membership’) dealing with eMobility, vehicles and charging technologies, taking into account stakeholders’ expectations. The COG ensures consistency among involved technical bodies to prevent conflicts, overlaps and gaps especially on horizontal topics. It coordinates the delivery of standards under the relevant Standardization Requests. The COG focuses on the execution of Standardization Requests. It does not act on the response to Standardization Requests unless explicitly requested by the Technical Boards.
