Valves for hydrogen applications and networks
The working committee NA 003-01-11-02 AK "Valves for hydrogen applications and networks" of the DIN Standards Committee Valves is responsible to form the opinion of the national Mirror Committee regarding metallic industrial valves for hydrogen application for petrochemical and process industry as well as liquified natural gas and for the distribution of gas (abbreviated: networks), which are in the scope of CEN/TC 69.
It is the mirror committee to CEN/TC 69/WG 19 "Valves for hydrogen applications and networks". Thus providing the opportunity for all interested German stakeholders to contribute their ideas and suggestions to the work on standardization within the WG and take part in the information exchange between National experts. At the same time NA 003-01-11-02 AK prepares documents to propose to CEN/TC 69/WG 19, with priority - but not limited to – embrittlement, high temperature application and pressure cycling.
Nomination to CEN/TC 69/WG 19 for direct participation is done by NA 003-01-11 AA, the parent committee of NA 003-01-11-02 AK. It is recommended that nominated experts are aware of the opinion formed by the NA 003-01-11-02 AK.
This committee is open to all experts of the committees of the DIN Standards Committee Valves.
