Overview

This standard specifies the designs, dimensions, masses and materials for hand wheels of valves for fresh water, boiler water and condensate lines. Hand wheels according to this standard are used on watercraft. They are mounted on the valve stem and facilitate the rotation of the stem to close and open the valve.
