DIN Standards Committee Tools and Clamping Devices

Overview

This standard specifies the main dimensions and tolerances of plates to be used for cam drivers and slides in tools for pressing. Along with the dimensions for different size classes of cam driver plates, information for the selection of materials and standard designation of components are given in the DIN ISO Standard. This standard contains the German version of the International Standard prepared in ISO/TC 29/SC 8 "Tools for pressing and moulding", Working Group 2 "Tools for pressing". The responsible German mirror committee is Working Committee NA 121-03-02 AA "Werkzeuge der Stanztechnik" ("Tools for pressing") of the Standards Committee Tools and Clamping Devices (FWS) at DIN.
