Overview
This document specifies requirements for screw plugs for closing holes with cylindrical internal threads according to DIN 13-5 and DIN 13-6. They are used with a suitable sealing ring, the shape and material of which depend on the operating conditions (medium, temperature, pressure and so on). This standard has been prepared by NA 067-00-08 AA "Verbindungselemente mit Sonderformen und aus Kunststoff" ("Fasteners with special elements and made of plastic") at DIN Standards Committee Fasteners (FMV).
