Anodisieren von Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen - Visuelle Bestimmung der Abbildungsschärfe von anodisch erzeugten Oxidschichten - Messgittermethode (ISO 10215:2010); Deutsche Fassung EN ISO 10215:2010
Overview
This standard specifies a visual method for determination of image clarity of anodic oxidation coatings on aluminium and aluminium alloys using a chart scale and a lightness scale. The method can only be applied to flat surfaces that can reflect the image of the chart scale pattern. The principle is the following: The image clarity of an anodic oxidation coating is determined by visual estimation of three properties: image clearness, image distortion and haze of the coating. These properties are evaluated by placing the image of a chart scale on the test pieces. This International Standard has been prepared under the leadership of ISO/TC 79/SC 2/WG 16 "Revisions for systematic reviewed TC 79/SC 2 ISO standards" (secretariat: JISC, Japan) in a parallel procedure with CEN/TC 132/WG 15 "Aluminium anodisation" (secretariat: BSI, United Kingdom). On the national level the responsible Working Committee is NA 066-01-09 AA "Anodisch oxidiertes Aluminium" ("Aluminium anodisation") of FNNE.
