Abstract
This document applies to the lighting of commercially used locks and their outer harbors with fixed lighting systems and moorings available in the outer harbors. It does not apply to the illumination of signs in lock facilities and pleasure craft locks where there is no night-time operation. This document also does not regulate the lighting of workplaces in lock areas.
